Can I become a customer?
Sure! Nice to read that you are interested in our product lines.

Do you only deliver to business customers?
We are a wholesaler and importer, and only supply business customers such as flower shops, garden centers and wholesalers.
Do you like our products, but don’t represent a company?
Then ask your local florist or garden center about our products.
Is is possible to get a discount?
Curious about your discount percentage?
Then go to
[My details]
and look at the term [Customer discount].
The net price (including discount) is always indicated in the catalog.
In the item detail screen you can also find the gross price (without discount) as a reference.
Online store
Are all items available for immediate delivery?
We work with a Stock webshop, and a Presale webshop.
STOCK
In this webshop type most items are in stock. These items are highlighted by a green icon next to the item.
You can see the expected stock quantities in the item detail screen.
Are the goods not yet in stock, but on their way to our warehouse?
Then you will notice a yellow indicator. You can find the expected delivery date and the expected stock quantities in the item detail screen.
You will see a red icon when an item is sold out, and no new stock is expected.
PRESALE
In the Presale webshop items can only be pre-ordered, often for the upcoming season.
These collections are open for presale, but not yet in production or on stock.
The delivery time has yet to be determined.
I would like to download your images for my own use. Is that allowed?
Sure!
Transparancy is important to us and we try to make it as easy as possible for our customers.
All our images and available item details may be downloaded.
To download all pictures of an order, go to
[My orders]
and click on the cloud icon with a down arrow next to the selected order.
To download all product information in Excel, click on the magnifying glass in the overview of
[My orders]
. In the subsequent screen, click on [Excel], and the file will be downloaded.
How do I know which plant fits in your pots?
We use minimum internal dimensions for the production of (almost) all our pots.
These are specially tailored to the most common growing pot sizes.
For every item it is indicated if it‘s suitable for a growing pot (and which one) in the item detail screen.

Order
When will my order be delivered?
Did you order through the Stock webshop, and are all products in stock?
We deliver customers in The Netherlands within 2 days, the rest of Europe often within 4 days.

Did you order through the Presale webshop?
Then we will contact you about the expected delivery date.
Can I still make changes to my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to adjust anything from your order.
That is often still possible.
Can I have the order delivered to an address other than the invoice address?
Yes, that is no problem.
During the ordering process it is possible to specify your wished delivery address, which can also be different from the invoice address.
Can I fill my shopping basket and confirm the order later?
Yes, that’s possible. Keep in mind that the items are not in reservation, so it is possible that items are sold out when the order is actually placed.

Our showroom in Noordwijkerhout (NL) is only open by appointment so that a contact person has the necessary time for you. Always make an appointment.
It is also possible for one of our representatives (active in the Benelux, Germany and Austria) to visit you to show you our collection.
